Mableton has changed significantly in the last decade — what was a quieter South Cobb community has become one of the fastest-growing areas in metro Atlanta. That growth means our Mableton work splits between two different patterns: aging 1970s–1990s ranches and starter homes with original or first-replacement roofs reaching end-of-life, and newer 2010s–2020s subdivisions where we're handling storm claims and occasional warranty-related repairs.

New build, old roof, no help from the builder. Mosaic came out free, gave us honest options, and re-roofed the whole thing in a day and a half.
On August 3, 2023, we had a severe thunderstorm with high winds. Two very large limbs fell on my roof, resulting in four full penetrations. Mosaic responded quickly and professionally — the crew was efficient and made our family feel like a priority.
