Mosaic completed the inspection within 24 hours of contact and did not charge me for inspection. Because of Mosaic’s thorough inspection I decided not to purchase the home due to the amount of repairs needed, which were not known (or disclosed from seller). THANKS MOSAIC! Could not be happier - no needless phone calls to my cell phone - it was all just updates of progress right on time or before… they had a full approved job by insurance - after a high tech AI inspection - before the first few folks I reached out to even called me back after inspection - some didn’t even get the inspection done at all before the work was completely done by mosaic - highly recommend - not to mention the best cost - and all work done quickly - without being rushed… property was cleaner after the job than before - all my grass and landscaping was well protected… SAs these guys do a great job on my neighbors roof and had to give them a shot - they gave me a free inspection with high def drone photos and write up during said neighbors job - inspection report (minus insurance part) done same day of inspection - technology these days is phenomenal read less
